Regarded as the best show in town, our show features genuine ethnic dances such as Nepali wedding dance, Sherpa dance and Tamang Selo. The artists play traditional instruments only for the delights of the audience. The show is a courtesy of the hotel.

Activities > Boating The boatyard is just opposite to the hotel. You can hire a boat on hourly or daily basis. If you want to avoid the labor, you may also hire a boatman. From the boatyard, you may make a trip to the island temple Barahi or cross the lake to scan the shores of Raniban (jungle). Besides, a leisurely trip around the lake is quite a great way to spend a full day in pokhara.
> Fishing Fewa is a great lake for fishing. The lake is full of local fishes such as legendary “Golden Mahasheer”, Rahu, Rewa, Naini and Fangeta. In the last decades, a variety of alien fishes were introduced to the lake, including German carp, grass carp and cat fish. Fishing poles and rods are available for rent at the shops close to the boatyard. For a home made bamboo fishing pole and line set, please enquire at the front office.
> Sight visiting For the convenience of our hotel guests, Lake View Resort has a 14 seat air conditioned Van and a 6 seat 4wd SUV. You may choose the sights you want to visit.Depending on the number and distance of the sights, the tour could be half day or full day. The vehicle will come with the hotel chauffer.
> Mountain Biking The bike yard is also situated very close to the hotel. Rent a mountain bike or an ordinary bike to explore the lake side area. The most popular bike trip is the path (now black topped) from the western corner of lake side heading towards west to the pame river (the source of Fewa lake). It is around 2 hours of biking to complete the trip. If you want more excitement, cross the lake, hike up the Raniban until you find an old stone path. Ride on your mountain bike towards west until you reach the Stupa. On your way back, you may ride down the opposite side of the Raniban . After your decent, you’ll arrive near the devi’s fall. Take the main road to return. (Note: In Nepal, “right is wrong” so stay at the left side of the road)
> Motor Biking If you wish to visit the sites of Pokhara, motor bike is a better option. Pokhara is an ideal place for bike rides. The traffic in is quite light, and the weather is usually pleasant (except monsoon months). Trips to Sarangkot or Naudada are also popular bike rides. (Note: In Nepal, “right is wrong” so stay at the left side of the road)
> Jungle walk Raniban is located across Lake View Resort. This preserved jungle is a great location for exploring. Raniban has over 200 species of wild orchids and various species of birds which provide sound and music to it. Cross the lake, start your walk from Fishtail Lodge to the Buddha Stupa.
> Shopping The rows of tourist shops of lake side are just 5 minutes away from the hotel. Although the various small shops offer varieties of Nepalese and Tibetan crafts, pashmina, garments and trekking equipments, for the genuine quality goods and great value head to Lake Side Plaza (where Monsoon Bar & Grill is). The complex homes to some of the largest and most trusted shops in Pokhara.
> Hiking Pokhara offers several scenic hiking trails. The most popular one day hiking trips are: Khahare to Sarangkot (6 hours, to and back), Phedi to Dhampus (6 hours) and Naudada to Lake Side (6 hours). All of these trails go through rivers, hill sides and sparse forests.
For a night stop hike, the trip to Ghandruk (4 to 5 hours one way) is most appropriate.
