Health and fitness expo 2012

Direction Nepal is organizing 4th Health and Fitness Expo 2012 from April 19-22 at Direction Exhibition and convention Center (DECC), Tripureshwar.

The expo targets to bring together a wide range of health and fitness related services and products under a single roof to cater proper information to people eager to know about everything related to health and fitness.The event will disseminate information about health products, training aids, nutrition, eating tips and will also make people aware of the benefits of spa. Besides, it will have stalls on skin care, aromatherapy, weight loss and hydrotherapy among others.

Visitors at the expo can get free advice and information, test, screenings and health related services.

There will also be side events like interclub aerobic competition which is going to be organized for the first time in Nepal. Free Zumba classes, yoga session, dental camp and blood donation camp are the other attractions of the event.

The expo will feature a total of 60 stalls and the organizers are expecting around 30,000 visitors.
