"Kathmandu has such a different vibe from other cities I have been to"

Bollywood's hottest property Sunny Leone set Twitter and Facebook into a tizzy in Nepal with her tweet “Morning everyone!! Happy Sunday! Off to Nepal today! Looking forward to a little bit of work and then a little bit of relaxation.“

She arrived with her husband to attend an event and to take a little break in Nepal. In an exclusive interview with The Himalayan Times she confessed how she was looking forward to visiting Nepal. “We decided to stay over for a while after all the craziness that has been going on over the last year with shooting Ragini MMS 2 and nonstop tours.
This is the first time we are taking a break and are here to just relax and there couldn't be a better place.“

In Kathmandu for the first time, she says, “It's a beautiful city and tomorrow is my first day off, so I'm looking forward to taking a helicopter ride to the mountains and base camp.“

Her latest movie Ragini MMS 2 is also being screened in the city and Sunny is excited about how it is doing.
“The first day's release numbers were more than I expected and the second day release numbers were also good. Hopefully it will go steady and I am amazed at the response from critics and fans.“ On her career in Bollywood, she says, “I love Bollywood and it is my dream come true. I came on a hunch and took a chance and it turned out to be the best decision I have ever made in my career. My fans have seen me grow as an entertainer and into the next chapter of my life making Bollywood movies.“

On how the journey in films has been, she says, “It's been the most amazing and exciting ride. It's been tough and a learning experi ence but with many rewards.“

On future plans she says she is now involved in the making of her next film Tina and Lolo, which is a women centric film about two women on the run. “It's a lot of fun and has action and comedy and we had to learn mixed martial arts, boxing, how to shoot guns and we even do our own stunts. It's a role I love.“

The face and figure that is most featured for endorsements in most parts of India confessed her love for Nepal. If offered to endorse destination Nepal for Indian tourists, she says, “It would be amazing and so much fun. I love the idea of entertainment and I would love to come back here and shoot and do an endorsement.“

She says she would certainly love Bollywood actor Sunny Leone in conversation with The Himalayan Times in Kathmandu, on Sunday. to come back and spend more time holidaying in Nepal. “When getting on the plane I noticed such an interesting mix of cultures and people coming to Nepal and it is the destination on the list of places for people to go. The Himalayan ranges, the mountains and my visit have really opened my eyes to how beautiful Nepal is. I can’t wait to see more of Nepal and it’s something I have been looking forward to for some time. This is such a beautiful place and Kathmandu has such a different vibe from other cities I have been to.” Sunny Leone is an Indo-Canadian and American actor, businesswoman, model and former adult entertainment star. She was named Penthouse Pet of the Year in 2003.

She later made her Bollywood debut in Pooja Bhatt’s erotic thriller Jism 2.
