The Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FNCCI) is scheduled to hold the second edition of Nepal International Trade Fair 2013 at Exhibition Hall in Kathmandu from March 8 to 12.
The trade fair is being organised to promote the local products, including the 19 products enlisted under the Nepal Trade Integration Strategy (NTIS), and as a promotion tool for marketing Nepal Investment Year 2012-13. The fair, the federeation claimed, would be a “showcase’ of the entire country rather than just a place for trading goods and services.
The federation has planned to showcase micro-hydro projects, handicraft, handmade carpet, information technology, cottage and micro enterprises, green energy and urban development at separate pavilions during the fair.
More than 200,000 people are expected to visit the fair that will have 350 stalls.
