Visit Lumbini exhibition

To promote tourism in post-earthquake scenario, tourism entrepreneurs of Siddharthanagar (Bhairahawa) are going to organise the photo exhibition of Buddhist sites in Nepal in Wat Saket Buddhist Shrine in Bangkok on Sunday.

As per the press statement issued by the Hotel Association Nepal (HAN), Siddharthanagar Hotel Association Nepal — regional chapter of HAN — is leading this initiation to lure Thai tourists to Lumbini — the birthplace of Lord Gautam Buddha. The slogan of the exhibition is ‘Visit Lumbini, Help Nepal’, says the press note. Apart from the exhibition, interaction with media in participation with local tourism entrepreneurs, including travel and tour operators is also scheduled.
