Nepathya to perform in Oz

Nepal’s much loved folk rock band Nepathya is going on a musical tour to Australia in April on the occasion of the upcoming Nepali New Year.

Myagdi Sewa Samiti Australia is organizing Nepathya Australia Tour 2015, and the band will perform in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne.

As informed by Lucky Shrestha from the management team, the concerts will be held in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne on April 4, 11 and 26 respectively.

“We’ve arranged for 30 security personnel and volunteers to make sure that the concert taking place in Sydney’s Luna Park will go smoothly,” shared Hari Ramjali, President of Myagdi Sewa Samiti Australia.

He added that they are collaborating with local organizations for the management of concerts in Perth and Melbourne.
The team had organized Nepathya’s concerts in Down Under previously, too.

The fund collected from the event is utilized for the development of education and health sectors in Myagdi. The band will be performing their old as well as new songs during the concerts.
