Embassy Restro and Bar opens

Embassy Restro and Bar (ERB), located at Panipokhari in Kathmandu, has announced its official opening on Friday.

ERB, as an ancillary company of Tamarind Restro and Bar, Jhamsikhel was jointly inaugurated by Saurabh Jyoti, director of Jyoti Group and Shekhar Golcha, owner of Golcha Organization.

The restro has been established under partnership of three young entrepreneurs, Kishore Pradhan, Karish Pradhan and Chhabindra Shrestha. Kishore Pradhan who is also the director of ERB, said, “We will be using all organic ingredients for our cuisine and that will be from local farmers as we are keen to promote organic farming along with our business.” ERB has been established with an investment of around Rs 10 million.

Indian, Thai, Continental, Japanese, and Italian cuisine are the major attractions of ERB. “All types of business people and embassy officials are our target customers,” Pradhan added.

ERB has the capacity to accommodate around 250 customers at a time. The restro has ample parking area along with a conference hall that can accommodate around 50 people. The restro can be a best destination for lunch, dinner, and party on any occasion. According to Pradhan, they will also be franchising the restro in Pokhara soon.
