Macallan Restaurant starts its service
The Macallan Restaurant and Cigar Lounge located on the third floor of Times Square Mall in Durbar Marg officially started its service starting Friday.
The cigar lounge along with wine cabinets houses a selective collection of cigars starting from Rs 500 to Rs 15,000 per piece and whiskeys up to Rs 40,000 per bottle.
On the first evening of the three-day invitation-only opening event with Connection band playing in the background, owner Prashant Sharma said, “We have imported the cigars from Dubai and apart from locally available ones, we have imported whiskeys and wines from abroad like Singapore.”
“The restaurant is open to customers from December 17 and although the place looks posh, the services are affordable and caters to all people,” informed event manager Neelam Shah.
